Why Choose Us

Success Stories:
Case 1: From Qatar to Canada – Saskatchewan Employer-Sponsored Immigration Success
Client Background
Our client is a 30-year-old Vietnamese professional who had been living and working in Qatar as a temporary work permits for several years. Although she had stable employment, she hoped to build a long-term future in Canada and obtain permanent residence. However, applying for immigration while living outside Canada can be challenging, especially when navigating employer sponsorship and provincial nomination requirements.
Our Strategy
After assessing her profile, we recommended an employer-supported pathway through the Saskatchewan Immigrant Nominee Program (SINP). Our team worked closely with the client and her employer. The application was successfully submitted and approved when she was outside Canada. Once the SINP nomination was approved, we assisted the client in applying for a Canadian work permit, allowing her to travel to Canada and begin working while waiting for the permanent residence application to be processed.
Successful Outcome
After arriving in Saskatchewan and continuing her employment with the sponsoring employer, the client patiently completed the remaining immigration steps, including biometrics, medical examinations, and additional document submissions. In February 2026, she received her PR Portal invitation, and shortly afterward her Canadian permanent residence application was officially approved. Today, she is living and working in Saskatchewan as a Permanent Resident of Canada, achieving the stability and opportunities she had long hoped for.
Case 2 From International Student to RCIP Community Recommendation – Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan
Client Background
Our client is from India who completed a two-year post-secondary program in Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan. After graduation, she hoped to stay in Canada and build a long-term career in the local community. Although she successfully secured a full-time job offer from a local employer, she faced uncertainty because her Post-Graduation Work Permit (PGWP) had not yet been approved at the time. She wanted to explore immigration options that would allow her to remain in Saskatchewan and continue working with her employer.
Our Strategy
After reviewing her situation, we identified the Rural Community Immigration Pilot (RCIP) pathway as a strong option. Our team worked closely with both the client and her employer to prepare the RCIP application package. We ensured that the job offer met program requirements and that the employer documentation and community eligibility criteria were properly addressed. Even though the client’s PGWP was still pending, we carefully structured the application to demonstrate her strong ties to the Moose Jaw community and her employer’s genuine need for her role.
Successful Outcome
Thanks to a well-prepared application and strong employer support, the client successfully received a Community Recommendation under the RCIP program. This milestone significantly strengthened her pathway toward permanent residence and allowed her to continue building her future in Moose Jaw. Her case demonstrates that with the right strategy and proper documentation, international graduates can successfully pursue community-based immigration pathways—even while their work permit applications are still in process.
